Tati’s success shows how you don’t need a ton of YouTube subscribers to start making money with your YouTube channel.

Tatiana makes $40K a month with her company and brand Luxx Health that specializes in creating comfortable and effective waist trainers to help women regain their confidence by enhancing their curves. Want to know the insane part of all of this? Tatiana is only 23 years old and in just 2 1/2 years into her business, she’s already turned it into a six-figure empire.

After taking a course that opened her eyes to starting an online business, Tati invested $300 to launch her first product, a konjac sponge.

At first she wanted to her product through Amazon, but Amazon ads were so costly, Tatiana decided to look somewhere else.

Knowing that having a face behind her brand would not only allow for easier brand recognition as well as free marketing, Tati decided it would be best to market her product via social media, so she created a YouTube channel.

“[When I first started on YouTube] Nobody was watching my videos, but I didn’t care because that’s how everything starts. You gotta start somewhere!” – Tati explains on Project Life Mastery.

Tati only expected to make a few hundred dollars each month, but to her surprise, just a few short months after launching her first product, she would end up making $3K per month. A few months later, she launched her second product, a 3D Mascara, in which this product made $5K per month.

After launching her first two products, Tatiana wanted to create something even better, and she wanted to do it through her own brand and website, Luxx Health.

Passionate about an old family tradition, Tati knew waist trainers would be the winning product. And so, she launched her third and most profitable product so far: a line of luxury waist trainers that are actually affordable.

Tatiana attributes YouTube to helping her grow her waist training brand and catapulting her income to $40K a month.

“YouTube really helped me because every video I did, I used the keyword [Waist Trainer]. The thing is, on YouTube, there is no big brands on YouTube [doing videos about Waist Trainers]. They [Big Brands] have some videos on here and there but there’s not like a dominant brand releasing a bunch of videos so I was the only one. It was really special for me and really helped my business. Using ‘Waist Trainer’ in every single video and eventually that picked up.” – Tati on Project Life Mastery

Every week, Tati provides valuable information about waist training to her 18,000+ YouTube subscribers as well as tips to help them lose belly fat through exercise and good eating habits.

THREE WAYS YOU CAN COPY TATI’S BLUEPRINT TO SUCCESS:

  1. So many girls wait for Brand’s to approach them to endorse their products. You don’t have to wait until you have 100,000 followers to start making money with your channel. Create a product and make money with your YouTube channel from day 1.
  2. Test your market before making a huge investment. Start off purchasing smaller units from a supplier to make sure that your audience actually likes the product.
  3. Create a community to stay in touch with your audience. Continue the conversation with them so that you can continue creating products that you know your people will love.

Patricia Bright – From Steady Job to Wildly Successful Beauty Empire!

Patricia Bright - Female Entrepreneur - YouTube
Mom Extraordinaire, Sassy Wife and Bad Assy Girl CEO!

Patricia Bright started off as a Business Analyst at Merrill Lynch until she left her job to focus on building her YouTube channel.

But even before she left Merrill Lynch, Patricia always felt like an Entrepreneur at heart.

She told the Voice Newspaper in 2014, “For a long time I had no followers, but still enjoyed the process of creation.”

She went in knowing her YouTube was a business, and so she treated it like one, dedicating weekends and any spare time to build her brand so she could eventually launch two dream businesses. Patricia would also pick up any freelance job, or small temp jobs here and there to supplement her income and keep herself busy while she worked on building her brand.

Now Patricia has a beauty empire with over 1 million subscribers, provides consulting to brands and businesses, and has a wildly successful hair empire called Y-Hair.

Patricia told Marie Claire in December 2016, that consistency is key to success.

To build your channel, you need to be consistent with your content. Attracting and keeping an audience is more likely to happen if they can be sure that new and exciting videos will be uploaded regularly. Having a consistent flow of content gives people a stronger idea of who you are and what your channel is about. From a viewer’s perspective it’s almost like tuning in to their favourite TV programme; they know a new episode will be aired each week, so they look forward to watching it. Don’t go overkill and upload a video every day, but find a realistic schedule that works for you and then stick to it! – Patricia Bright

THREE WAYS YOU CAN COPY PATRICIA’S BLUEPRINT TO SUCCESS:

  1. If you want to create the ultimate business, combine passions with skill, find out where there is a gap in the market you want to pursue, and look for ways of providing value.
  2. Whether you’re at a 9-to-5 or running your business full time, it’s important to make sacrifices for your business.
  3. You don’t have to be the smartest, you don’t have to be the most beautiful, you just have to be the most dedicated.

Carrie Green – Built A 7-Figure Online Community with Zero Knowledge!

Carrie-Green-Entrepreneur-Success-YouTube
Carrie is the Founder of Female Entrepreneur Association (FEA) and is the best-selling author behind She Means Business, a self help book that is often toted as the best business and inspirational book for millennial women.

After launching her successful phone unlocking business, Carrie was miserable, and she felt lonelier than ever. Her business was generating $50K+ a month in revenue, and Carrie realized that the Universe was calling her to do more.

And so she decided to create a community for female entrepreneurs.

In her book, She Means Business, Carrie shares that she, “started FEA [Female Entrepreneur Association] with zero fans, followers, and traffic.”

Initially, when she started, she had no idea of how to build an online community.

Five years later, FEA now has over 300,000+ Facebook Fans, 18K+ Youtube Subscribers, 100K+ Email Subscribers, 80,000+ website visits and generates over $90k a month in revenue.

From the beginning, Carrie decided her focus would be to utilize Facebook and YouTube to grow the FEA brand.

I started off with absolutely no idea how to build it up. But I started playing around with social media in the form of YouTube with my first business, and I used it for video testimonials and realized really quickly the power of sharing useful content with your network, and that worked really well. — Carrie told Easy Space.

With her first business, a phone unlocking company, Carrie used YouTube to generate over $50,000 a month in revenue. This is what inspired her to use it to help grow FEA.

Carrie says balancing YouTube and Facebook takes a lot of effort, but that it’s completely worth it because she is able to build a really deep and powerful connection to her audience.

THREE WAYS YOU CAN COPY CARRIE’S BLUEPRINT TO SUCCESS (AND OUR FAVORITE EXCERPTS FROM SHE MEANS BUSINESS):

  1. Create value consistently. At the beginning when you’re creating content and putting it out there, and hardly anyone is seeing it, reading it or engaging with it, it’s easy to feel disheartened and like it’s all pointless. But you have to keep going, you have to keep being consistent, and keep creating goodness to put out there. As you do, momentum will build. Just stick to it.” – Carrie Green in She Means Business.
  2. All of us have an Entrepreneurial North Star which is our Big Picture. You don’t have to know every detail of your business, you just have to start and let your North Star guide you. — Carrie on Escape The Rat Race
  3. The actions you take whether good or bad, start with your mindset. Success is no accident. Living an incredible life is no accident. You have to do it on purpose. And it starts with knowing exactly it is that you want to achieve, knowing why you want to achieve it, knowing the kind of person that you need to become in order to make it happen, and then programming your mind to make it happen. Because you just have one life in which to achieve to everything you’re going to achieve, so you have to act accordingly.- Carrie at Ted Talk

Stay tuned for the second part of the series where I will reveal three more beautiful, intelligent women that used YouTube to build a 6 or 7-figure empire!
